VISTA VALLE is a 30 Has (80 Acre) new project located about 100 KM (60 miles) from Panama City on the road to El Valle. The price of specific sites will vary depending on the size, views, slope, privacy, etc.
Copies of rules and regulations of the Home Owners Association are available. Monthly dues are expected to be in the range of $0.02 per sq m for an un-built site, with an additional $0.10 per sq m of total building space. The monthly dues will include project security, water, and common area maintenance.
