VISTA VALLE is a 30 Has (80 Acre) new project located about 100 KM (60 miles) from Panama City on the road to El Valle. With an average elevation over 200 M (720 feet) there are views to the southwest over verdant rolling hills to the blue Pacific and mountains to the north. One also has year round cooling breezes. The price of specific sites will vary depending on the size, views, slope, privacy, etc.

Copies of rules and regulations of the Home Owners Association are available. Monthly dues are expected to be in the range of $0.02 per sq m for an un-built site, with an additional $0.10 per sq m of total building space. The monthly dues will include project security, water, and common area maintenance.
